Hello, this is Big Hit Entertainment.
We’re here to announce that BTS’ Rap Monster will not be participating in choreographed performances at The Wings Tour in Sapporo.
On June 29th, at a dorm in Sapporo, Rap Monster hit his foot on the edge of a piece of furniture and injured his right pinky toe. We immediately went to a hospital in the vicinity of the dorm, where he received emergency treatment, but his toe nail was lifted, so the doctor advised to limit actions that could cause more pain on the toe. There are no injuries to other parts of his body other than his toe and his health is in very good condition overall. However, in an effort to follow the doctor’s advice to not let him perform choreographed performances to allow the injury to heal, it has been decided that Rap Monster will not be participating in these choreographed performances at the concert.
Thus, on both days of the scheduled Sapporo concerts, July 1st and 2nd, the six members except Rap Monster will dance to all songs as normal and Rap Monster will also be on stage, doing his best for the performances.
We sincerely apologize for causing worry to the fans who looked forward to the concerts in Sapporo. We will do our best for BTS to finish the Wings Tour without problems.
